To ensure your new screen performs optimally and remains in excellent condition, unpack it immediately upon arrival to minimize wrinkles. It will take some time for all fold creases to disappear. Identify the front edge, designed to withstand golf ball impacts, and keep it facing inward during installation to prevent damage. Position the screen 30-40cm from the wall and adjust the tension for a balance of flatness and ball rebound.

Make sure the bottom is close to the floor and the edges are protected from direct hits. Gravity will reduce wrinkles over time, but for stubborn creases use an iron on low on the back. Use new, unmarked golf balls and clean clubs regularly to keep the golf simulation screen looking new.

For safety and to minimize ball rebound, stand at least 10-12 feet away from the screen.

For cleaning, use a carpet shampoo, and dry the screen with a fan or hair dryer on low temperature to prevent water spots.

All items are carefully checked by us before shipping and tested if necessary. Despite the high quality of the items we have in our range, it may happen that you receive an item that is not perfect. In that case, we will gladly provide you with a suitable solution as soon as possible.

If an item is still defective upon receipt, we kindly request that you report this as soon as possible. If possible by e-mail with your customer details. We will then inform you as soon as possible about a solution.

A product must possess the properties that are necessary for normal use. In short: do what you, the buyer, may reasonably expect from it. This means that a product may not show any defects during normal use during the expected lifespan. If a product does not meet these expectations - in other words: shows a defect - then Golf Backyard will in principle repair this free of charge, or if that is not possible, deliver a replacement, comparable product.
